In order to avoid scammers for buyer, we set up following buyer protection policy.

1.Past Bill of Lading or shipping record verify by bid711.
Buyer can ask seller to send their past Bill of Lading or shipping record to bid711.com for verify when buyer list their buying wish in bid711. After we verified seller, we will send feedback to buyer and mark it in seller's shop details.

2.Real seller deposite policy.
Buyer can ask seller to send enough real seller deposite to bid711.com for escrow before buyer pay the order.When escrow time ended, bid711.com will return it to seller.

3.Buyer can make order in bid711 and pay the order by bid711 Escrow or Paypal way.

4.After buyer finished above 3 buyer protection way for small order, buyer can make big order and pay it by bank Letter of Credit to seller.

 

Buying discount:

In order to get most buying discount from seller, buyer can do it in following way in bid711.

1.Buyer list buying wish in bid711.com.
After buyer listed the buying wish, source agent or factory can make offer to buyer's wish , they also can revise their offer at any time when they find other applier give more discount to buyer, so buyer can easy get most discount from their biding action.

 

2.Buyer make order to suitable applier and pay by bid711.com Escrow or Paypal. Buyer also can make a buyer group for products that he wanted in bid711, and then invite other buyers to join this group to get more group buying discount.

 

3.Source agent or factory will ship goods to bid711.com's local warehouse for inspection. After inspection, Bid711.com will deliever goods to buyer's warehouse or group joiners address directly.

 

4.When buyer order's Escrow time finished, source agent or factory can withdraw full payment from bid711.com. Buyer also can open case for refund before order escrow time finished.
