5. Warehouse Certificate
6. Packing list
7. Bill of Lading

BRAZILIAN LABORATORY REPORT: SGS or ASI or AHK or other relevant Brazilian laboratory report.

DISCOUNT: Fifteen percent (15%) if the buyer pays 50% and when the product is ready in the mine area/warehouse and pending payment against documents at the loading port.
SELLER’S BANK: BANCO ITAU
DELIVERY PERIOD: Delivery to the loading port less than 10 days after the contract is signed.
