1. Seller give message to buyer's list

Seller can give message to buyer at details page of buying lead, and recommeded suitable product that seller listed in our website to buyer.

2. Buyer make offer to seller and seller bid buyer's buying lead each other.

After buyer and seller contacted by web message, buyer can give offer to serveral sellers at same tiime, these seller can see their price each other.So seller can bid each other for their prce and other agreement.

3. Buyer pay it by safe payment method for suitable offer.

Buyer can pay one best suitable seller's offer at any time, and buyer can can pay it by our website money escrow or LC,etc.

4. Open a case for refund.

If buyer pay it by our website money escrow, buyer can open a case for refund before seller's withdraw date, if buyer pay it by other payment method, buyer can ask refund by other payment method's policy.

5. Seller and Buyer give feedback each other.

After the deal was completed, buyer and seller can give feedback each other.

Buyer's offer steps for seller's pruducts.

1. Buyer offer
Buyer can give their offer to seller in the product details page after ask details to seller by web message. Buyer need fill in their price,quantity,payment method,etc in the offer form.If buyer select Pay by website money account,buyer can set up the withdraw date for seller after seller agree it. Before this date, buyer's payment will be hold by bid711 website.If buyer open a case before this date, websiite can give refund to buyer.After this date,seller can apply to bid711 for withdraw.

2. Seller reply buyer's offer.

After seller see buyer's offer, seller can select accept it or revise it.If seller revise it, seller can revise the price,payment method and agreement,etc. and then send it back to buyer.

3. Buyer pay it and seller ship the products.

If both buyer and seller agree the offer, buyer can pay it by selected payment method, and then seller ship the products to buyer.

4. Open a case for refund.
